Liability Insurance
Cover for your legal liability to other people, for injury, damage or loss.

When someone holds you responsible
Liability insurance pays the sums you become legally liable to pay to a third party, and the legal costs of the claim. The payout goes to the person who suffered the loss. We arrange it with insurers in the Maldives.
Types of liability cover
Public Liability
Injury to, or illness of, any person, and loss of or damage to their property, arising from your business.

Claims against your directors and officers: damages, settlements and the cost of defending lawsuits.
Employers Liability
Claims from a worker’s job-related injury or illness that workers’ compensation does not cover.
Events Liability
